2. Non-returnable: perishable / custom-personalized / intimate / hygiene items where applicable.

4. Refunds: Issued to original payment method within the stated business days of receipt and inspection.
5. Exchanges: Offered where stock allows; otherwise refund.
6. Damaged/defective on arrival: report within 48 hours with photos.
